Four-Step Process

At re:think, we use a Four-Step Process:

1. Analyze the total cost of turnover, the real cost of a bad hire or a poor performer, and the resultant cost of failure to take action
2. Identify the root cause of poor performance
3. Determine the action to take to correct the problem(s)
4. Implement the solution
