At re:think, we use a Four-Step Process:
- Analyze the total cost of turnover, the real cost of a bad hire or a poor performer, and the resultant cost of failure to take action
- Identify the root cause of poor performance
- Determine the action to take to correct the problem(s)
- Implement the solution
