re:think is a company with the experience to help your company prevent people problems that can cost up to the annual salary of the employee who is not performing. Founder Carol Hausler has worked in personnel strategy, staff development, training, and the people-side of quality as it relates to productivity and the impact on your bottom line for over 20 years. Carol formed re:think to provide businesses with the process and tools to reduce turnover, increase productivity, develop leaders, identify job-match patterns for hiring, and to prepare for employees promotion.

We focus on management, since upper and mid-management impact the most people in the organization.

Companies complete the daily tasks but often neglect to focus on the maintenance of their people - the very resource that makes business happen! Statistics show that companies lose good people more often because of the way the employees are treated rather than the amount they are paid.
